Prospect Physio is a team of Registered Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists providing home health and wellness services in the Greater Toronto Area. We work with you to help overcome your pain and functional limitations. Our Approach is client driven, prioritizing your needs and goals.

TREATMENT SERVICES AND RATES
At Prospect Physio we treat many different orthopedic conditions including pre-operative and post-surgical rehabilitation (including total hip replacement, total knee replacement, knee arthroscopy, shoulder surgeries), acute and chronic neck/ back pain, sprains and strains, tendonitis, arthritis, fall prevention and mobility limitations, deconditioning and balance impairments.
PHYSIOTHERAPY INITIAL ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT
60 minutes - $155
Receive a one on one initial assessment conducted by one of our licensed Physiotherapists. The initial assessment will be composed of, but not limited to, movement screens, assessing functional limitations, planning long and short term goals. Treatment will be provided during the initial visit once a clear plan of care is established and discussed. Prior to your initial assessment, your Physiotherapist will part-take in a brief phone consultation directly to confirm the appointment and address any questions you may have.
PHYSIO FOLLOW-UP TREATMENT SESSION
45 minutes - $120
60 minutes - $150
Each follow up treatment session is one-on-one with a registered Physiotherapist. Treatments may include functional therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, acupuncture, modalities such as IFC/TENS/ultrasound, taping techniques, and patient education.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY INITIAL ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT
60 minutes - $155

The initial assessment will be composed of, but not limited to, movement screens, assessing functional limitations, planning long and short term goals. Treatment will be provided during the initial visit once a clear plan of care is established and discussed. Prior to your initial assessment, your OT will part-take in a brief phone consultation directly to confirm the appointment and address any questions you may have.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY FOLLOW UP TREATMENT
60 Minutes - $150
Each follow up treatment is with our licensed Occupational Therapist.

WHAT TYPES OF INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
Our Physiotherapy servcies are covered by most Extended Health Plans. Please be sure to confirm with your provider prior to scheduling your appointment.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Prospect Physio accept most major credit cards. Each patient will be provided with a detailed receipt at the point of service which you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement
ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY OHIP, MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS, WSIB?
Unfortunately at this time, Prospect Physio is not covered by these parties.
